Cancellation & Refund Policy

To cancel your booking, please contact us via any of the following methods with your booking reference number:

Cancellations are effective from the time of our written confirmation, not the time of your request.

• Refunds for online payments (Razorpay) are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
• Refunds for UPI payments are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Bank processing time (additional 2–3 days) is outside our control.
• Refunds are issued in INR at the original amount paid. Glamour Palace is not responsible for currency conversion differences.

• Date changes: Permitted subject to availability at no charge, provided the request is made more than 48 hours before original check-in.
• Room upgrades: Available on request. Any price difference is payable at check-in.
• Room downgrades: Not permitted within 48 hours of check-in.
• Early departure: Refunds for unused nights are at management's discretion and are not guaranteed.

In cases of genuine emergency (medical, bereavement, natural disaster), we review cancellation requests individually and may offer a full refund or date change at our discretion. Supporting documentation may be requested.

During peak periods (Buddha Purnima, Dalai Lama teachings, major festivals), stricter cancellation terms may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.

If you booked through Booking.com, Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, or another platform, their cancellation policy applies to your booking. Please manage your cancellation directly through that platform. For assistance, contact us at +91 77838 32432.
