• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the ₹500 deposit payment.
• The name provided at booking must match the photo ID presented at check-in.
• Glamour Palace reserves the right to decline a booking at its discretion.
• Room allocations are subject to availability and may be changed to an equivalent or superior room at no extra charge.
• Rates are per room per night in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Check-in: From 12:00 noon. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur a charge of ₹300.
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur a charge of ₹500.
• A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence, or PAN Card) is mandatory at check-in for all guests.
• Foreign nationals must present a valid passport. Guest details are recorded as required by the Foreigners Act 1946.
• The remaining balance is due at check-in in cash, card, or UPI.

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, in keeping with Bodh Gaya's spiritual atmosphere.
• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Smoking inside rooms will incur a deep-cleaning charge of ₹2,000.
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted inside rooms only, in moderation, and must not disturb other guests. Bodh Gaya is a religious site — public display of alcohol is inappropriate and may be unlawful.
• Glamour Palace reserves the right to request immediate departure of any guest whose conduct is disruptive, illegal, or damaging to the property. No refund will be issued in such cases.

• Guests are financially liable for any damage caused to rooms, fixtures, or property during their stay.
• Glamour Palace is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of guests' personal belongings. A safety locker is available on request.
• Glamour Palace is not liable for any personal injury, illness, or loss arising from a guest's stay, except where caused by proven negligence on our part.

• We accept cash (INR), UPI, and card payments via Razorpay.
• All online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Glamour Palace does not store card details.
• Prices displayed on glamourpalace.in are our direct rates and represent the best available price. OTA prices may vary.
• GST is applicable as per Indian law and will be included in the final invoice.

Glamour Palace shall not be liable for any failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government orders, pandemics, power outages, or acts of God. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to offer alternative dates or a credit.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gaya, Bihar.
